Rent-A-House is a real estate organization established in 1969, that is born from a particular necessity of its founders to locate a building in rent for own use. Since then it has replaced this same necessity in thousands of people all over the Venezuelan territory, not only to rent but also to buy and sell all properties related to the ample real estate branch.

The Organization is member of the Venezuelan Real Estate Chamber, the National Association of Realtors (NAR-USA), the Venezuelan American Chamber  of Commerce and Industry (VENAMCHAM) and the International Federation  of Real Estate Professions - Venezuelan Chapter – (FIABCI).

At the moment, Rent-A-House counts on an ample number of Commercial and Personal Franchises - distributed in all Venezuela – that along with the professionalism, experience, logistics and responsibility of the organization, are allowed to represent and operate on behalf of Rent-A-House all type of negotiations in the domestic real estate market.

Marcello Dello Strologo represents one of these personal franchises, identifying himself as one of the so many bastions within this modality, taking care of specially the supply and demand of buildings in the environs of the city of Caracas and all over Venezuela.
